Mini Cheesecake With Orange And Oreo

Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them with a spatula until you get fine crumbs.

Add the whipped cream, mix well, keep 2-3 tablespoons of cream in another bowl, then put the broken biscuits and mix.

Pour the mascarpone cream with oreo over the counter and cover with simple cream, kept separately. Level and leave the cheesecake in the fridge for 4-6 hours before serving!
