RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate rice squirrel:

Boil the rice first in a little water and then when the water has dropped almost completely add the glass of milk and let the rice swell and absorb all the milk. Finally add a little strawberry syrup to sweeten it.

Separately melt the dark chocolate at Bain Marie and then let it cool a bit. Add it to the rice and mix over low heat until it is completely incorporated and the rice turns dark brown. Then place with a large spoon on a white plate piles of rice with chocolate and start arranging it in the shape of a squirrel.

Meanwhile, cut the cube of margarine into pieces and add them to the sugar syrup. Stir and let it simmer, 5-7 'until all the margarine melts.

Take the pan off the heat and so hot, pour the syrup over the mixture in the bowl and mix everything quickly and very well, then turn the contents into a greased pan. Let cool for 3-4 hours, until it hardens (most certainly, from evening to morning).

When hardened, homemade chocolate with expanded brown rice is cut with a sharp knife and served.

Stir until cool and taste from time to time. If you already feel the vinegar, you don't have to add it.

How much rice is boiled in salted water?

In the end, the liquid does not have to be completely absorbed by the rice grains. The rice must be flowing, fluid. I put out the fire, pulled the pan aside and put the piece of cold butter. It creates a liaison (link) with the rice and makes it extra creamy. Not to mention the special flavor and taste it gives to the final dish!

I mixed gently in this plain rice until the butter melted. Now you can put the cheese (cheese, parmesan or others) but only if the rice will be eaten as such & # 8211 not as a garnish.

I tasted it salty. Ready! I covered the pan with a lid and let the rice rest for 5 minutes. You will see that it continues to absorb the surrounding liquid and swell.
