Yogurt ice cream sticks recipe by of 22-07-2016 [Updated on 22-07-2016]
The ice cream sticks with yogurt are a fresh and tasty idea for a delicious but healthy and also quite light snack. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can customize it however you want, changing fruit according to the one you like or have at home at hand. I only recommend using glucose, which you cannot omit if you want the fruit layer not to freeze!
These ice cream sticks were one of the first summer sweets I made this year but I had completely forgotten them, the time for cherries is running out so now or never;)
It is close, the week is almost over, susu :)
How to make yogurt ice cream sticks
Wash the cherries, pit them and blend them.
Add sugar and glucose and blend everything together.
In a bowl, pour the yogurt, cream and powdered sugar and mix well.
Compose your popsicles, pouring 1 tablespoon of cherry mixture on the bottom, then a couple of tablespoons of yogurt mixture, and again: first cherries and then yogurt.
Finally, insert the sticks in the center of the molds, trying not to push them too far beyond the middle of the ice cream.
Leave the yogurt ice cream sticks in the freezer for 3-4 hours, then lightly heat the molds with your hands, remove the ice creams from the molds and serve immediately.
