First we will have to fry our baked pumpkin. It will take a while for the pumpkin to ripen, so it will need to be prepared in advance.

When the baked pumpkin has cooled, I took out the whole core with a spoon and put it in a blender to homogenize it. I didn't add anything to the pumpkin puree - the charm of this cake is that we have to get the taste of baked pumpkin.
