7. After an hour the dough has doubled in volume and divide it into equal parts and shape the shape of a ball.

If we have a template we will cut perfectly. We cut in even numbers, and we drill the part that will cover the apples with a drinking straw in a few places. The dough left as scraps can be kneaded a little in the hands, then we spread it with a rolling pin and we continue to cut the pies.

Put the cut dough in the tray lined with baking paper. On each we put 2 tablespoons of apple composition, taking care to leave 1 cm of edge. Grease the edges with the beaten egg yolk, then cover with the holes. Glue the edges with your fingers or a fork.

Grease the pies with beaten egg yolk and bake them in the preheated oven at 180 ° C until golden (about 20 minutes).

8. After it has risen, divide the dough into equal balls. Spread each piece of dough into a thin sheet, evenly distribute the filling and form the packages.

9. Wallpaper the packets with beaten egg and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.


But here's how to get tasty pies from the same recipe!

  • The only difference is that we need grated cheese, jam, shit, ground walnuts, what do you want for the filling. Proceed in the same way as for the cake until the sheets are stretched. Make 4 cuts in the middle of the tart, to make sure it doesn't explode when baked. Bake the tart in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes. Then take the tart out of the oven and grease it with the yolk mixed with the milk, then sprinkle the brown sugar and put the tray back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until the crust is nicely browned.

An extremely simple and quick recipe! The pies are soft, fluffy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS (FOR 25 PATES):

For the dough:

-700 g of flour (the amount required may vary slightly, depending on the quality of the flour)

-50 g of fresh yeast

-vanilla - to taste (optional).

For the filling:

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1.Prepare the dough: crumble the fresh yeast and mix it well with the sugar until it liquefies.

2.Add hot water and mix.

3.Add 6-7 tablespoons of sifted flour. Stir until smooth.

4. Cover the resulting dough with a clean kitchen towel and place it in a warm place (for example, next to the stove on low heat) to leaven. It must become dense and covered with the characteristic frothy "hat".

5. Add about half of the remaining flour. Mix with a spoon or hand until completely incorporated into the mold.

6.Then add the oil and mix until it is completely absorbed by the dough.

7. Transfer the dough to the table, first placing the remaining flour on it. Knead it with your hands until it becomes homogeneous, malleable and non-sticky.

8.Prepare the filling: remove the apple stalks and apricot kernels. Cut the fruit into cubes and mix.

9.Shape the pies immediately (the dough does not require leavening time): divide the dough into egg-sized balls.

10. Spread each piece of dough in the shape of a round cake. Put a teaspoon of sugar in the middle of it (you can adjust the amount of sugar, depending on your taste and the sweetness of the filling).

11. Add a teaspoon of filling to the cake, then glue the edges very well, completely covering the filling. Slightly bend the edges of the "seam" towards the middle of the pate obtained, trying to seal it as well as possible: the fruit juice should not come out of the inside of the pate.

12. Give the pate an oval shape, pressing it lightly between your palms.

13. Place the pies on the greased or oiled baking tray with a piece of baking paper / silicone foil, stitching them down. If you don't like to cram them, then bake them in 2 rounds.

14. Grease the surface of the egg whites with a little milk, using a silicone brush.

15. Bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven to 180 ° C. Orient yourself to your oven!

16. Allow them to cool. Transfer them to a plate and serve them with great pleasure!

To get a good dough, we recommend using fresh yeast and sifting the flour just before cooking, to enrich it with oxygen (preferably 2 times, using a small sieve).
