I found it spectacular as a way of presentation, so I tried to see how it is prepared and I will explain below how easy it is.

I put 1 tablespoon of yeast flour and 50 ml of warm milk in a cup, I mixed until the yeast liquefied and I let it rise for 15 minutes until it grows and it comes out of the cup. I poured the mayonnaise over the rest of the flour mixed with a pinch of salt (taking care that the yeast does not meet the salt directly), I added the beaten yolks, sugar, essence, orange peel, then warm milk and kneaded well with the palm of my hand until the dough becomes elastic and no longer sticks to the hands. If you have a bread machine at home, use it to make our business easier. I let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour & # 8230 For me, it tripled in volume, or even more than that.
I spread the dough on the work table greased with a little oil. I stretched into a rectangular shape with a thickness of about 1 cm. I greased the sheet with melted and cooled butter, I sprinkled cinnamon and walnut as evenly as possible, then I cut the dough into 3 lengthwise strips, and these in turn into 5 square slices. It is important to consider the width of the tray when calculating the size of the large rectangle or the width should be 3 times the base of the tray. The dough slices will be stacked on top of each other, then moved to the tray.
It is recommended that the slices be of the same shape and size. They will grow in different directions anyway, but don't look too weird.
I baked the sliced cake with cinnamon and walnuts in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 50 minutes (it may be ready in 40 minutes). I took care to cover it after it has browned (after the first 20 minutes) so as not to blacken.

How many apple pie recipes are on the site I think you realized I'm a fan. I like the taste of apples combined with the aroma of cinnamon, I like the smell that spreads in the house when the cake or pie is in the oven.
I think I could easily give up a slice of chocolate cake for an apple cake / pie. And it also reminds me of my childhood, when the best sweets were the ones my mother made!

The easiest cake you can make at home, this is it! An attempt to reinterpret the famous cake from the trade, so loved by children and not only (I think this is because of the ads, not the taste, which is not sensational).
Once you try this recipe, you will definitely not buy it and your children will not ask for it either.
With the fluffiest top and a cream that really tastes like milk, this cake is in the top of my preferences. I made the top thin, but I allowed myself to put a thicker layer on the cream and I didn't regret it.
For the countertop we need (41x33cm): 5 eggs, 100 g sugar, 50 g oil, 50 g milk, 90 g flour, 40 g black cocoa, 5 g baking powder, 1 pinch of salt.
Separate the eggs, mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of sugar until they turn into a thick foam. Separately mix the egg yolks with the sugar until it doubles in volume, add the milk and oil and mix well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa and sift it over the yolks.
Mix with a spatula, then incorporate the egg white foam. Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees, 7-10 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the countertop cool. When it is cold, cut it in half lengthwise.
For the cream we need: 130 ml milk, 1 teaspoon starch, 5 g gelatin, 30 ml cold water, 120 g mascarpone, 120 g condensed milk, 200 ml cream cream, vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons honey.
Condensed milk should be canned, thick, not coffee. If you do not find or do not have at hand, there is no problem, double the amount of milk and starch and add to this boiled cream 100 g of sugar.
Put the gelatin in cold water and let it hydrate. Mix the starch with the milk and put the pan on the fire, stirring constantly until it thickens a little. Remove from the heat and add hydrated gelatin, then allow to cool (cover with cling film).
Beat cold cream until you get the desired consistency. In a bowl put the chilled milk cream, condensed milk, mascarpone cheese and honey, mix until smooth, then incorporate whipped cream. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes, stir 2-3 more times during this time.
Put the cream over half of the worktop, level it well, then cover with the other half and let it cool for 1-2 hours.
Cut into slices after the cream has hardened. Store cold in tightly closed boxes. I recommend you make a double portion.

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Prepare the first tray of 5 eggs. Break whole eggs without separating them. Add sugar, salt and vanilla and beat well until white and a frothy cream (lasts 8-10 minutes). Finally add water and mix briefly. In the picture you see 10 eggs because I made the whole composition at once and baked the two tops simultaneously & # 8211 but not all the ovens bake evenly and it is better to make them separately.
Sift flour and cocoa on top of the mixture (all at once) and gently incorporate with a spatula, manually. Do not put baking powder because the top comes out very well without it.
Lay the tray with baking paper and pour the whole composition into it. My tray is 30 x 40 cm. Gently smooth with a spatula and place in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes (depending on the oven). It should NOT be baked too long as it dries.
Remove the tray from the oven, immediately turn the top over on a kitchen grill (so that it doesn't sweat) and carefully remove the baking paper. Leave to cool.
It's exactly as I hoped: soft, fluffy and porous, as is the one from the Kinder cake on the market.
Prepare the second top of the other 5 eggs & # 8211 we proceed exactly as above. Finally we have 2 fluffy sheets with cocoa of 30 & # 21540 cm each.
Crush the yeast and mix it with a teaspoon of sugar. Take about 100 g of flour, make a hole in the middle and add the above mixture. Heat about 50 ml of milk and gradually add until you get a very soft dough. Leave to rise in a warm place. Add the mayonnaise over the rest of the flour. Beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt and add them over the mixture above.
We also add sugar, rum essence as well as orange peel and lemon. Mix and then incorporate (little by little) the rest of the warm milk. Knead until you get a dough with an elastic consistency. Add the oil and continue to knead for about 10 minutes.
The dough is left to rise covered with a towel, in a warm place until it doubles in volume (about 1 hour). Sprinkle the work table with flour and spread the dough in a rectangular shape (40/50) with a thickness of about 1 cm. Melt the butter and then cool it. Grease the dough sheet well with butter and then sprinkle cinnamon powder and sugar over it. Cut the dough sheet into squares of about 8-10 cm or depending on how high and wide the tray is. Overlap the squares and place in shape. Leave to rise for about half an hour, during which time we preheat the oven.
Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees until the cake browns nicely and passes the toothpick test (about 50 min). Remove the cake from the oven, cover it with a towel and let it cool.
The yolks separate from the whites. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Rub the yolks with the sugar until it melts and the eggs become creamy. Add the oil and mix. The flour is mixed with baking powder and incorporated into the egg composition. At the end, add the beaten egg whites and mix with a spoon.
The composition is poured into the stove tray lined with baking paper. From the preheated oven to brown on the edges. Leave to cool, then cut into 3 equal strips, wide.
Put the milk in a saucepan, heat it. Rub the yolks with the sugar until they become creamy. Add the starch to the egg cream and mix well. Heated milk is poured thinly over the cream, stirring vigorously. The mixture is poured into the pan in which I heated the milk and put on low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and mix in the egg cream.
Put the gelatin in a cup with 2-3 tablespoons of cold water. When the gelatin has absorbed all the water, dissolve it in a bain-marie or in the microwave for a few seconds. Gelatin should NOT boil, just dissolve. Dissolved gelatin is mixed with 2-3 tablespoons of cream, then mixed with the rest of the cream. Whip the cream and incorporate it into the cream
