Apple strudel dessert

We start by peeling the apples and cutting them into cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Put butter and breadcrumbs in a non-stick pan. Stir until the butter has melted and leave on low heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

In a bowl put the apples, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, pine buds and sugar. Mix all these ingredients well.

Spread the puff pastry in a sheet as thin as possible.

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the entire surface, then put the apple mixture, leaving the edges free.

We close the dough side by side, closing well at the ends.

Grease the dough with egg yolk mixed with milk, then with a sharp knife make small cuts (this will prevent the dough from breaking during baking).

Put the strudel in the preheated oven at 200 degrees C, for 30-40 minutes.

Let it cool before serving.
